It's the perfect location to attend events at Gulf Place including the NCAA Women Beach Volleyball Championship, Annual National Shrimp Festival, Boots in the Sand Music Festival (formerly the Hangout Music Festival) and more. Enjoy great beach and Gulf Shores views from the rooftop terrace. This haven is directly across from the west side of the public beach. This haven features a private outdoor 14'x16' Gunite pool that can be heated October-May for $60 per day, with a large deck and a convenient pool bathroom. The top floor has a theatre room with 9 reclining chairs and a game room with pool table and tabletop video game plus nooks for 4 to sleep. To top it all off, a great rooftop deck!

The well-equipped kitchen has 3 refrigerators, double range with 2 ovens, a commercial ice machine, 2 microwaves, 2 coffee makers and 2 Keurig's and everything you need to cook and serve a feast.
